UIP Repairs Soil Erosion

This week the Ballito UIP team headed towards the banks of Willard’s beach to repair soil erosion. This erosion was as a result of foot traffic and hard rains, which was aggravated by water drainage that has now been diverted. Top soil has been compacted into the affected areas and Geojute has been applied to help bind the soil. New grass will soon be planted in this area.
