About why they chose the lower Ballito CBD which forms part of the Ballito UIP as their home, director Mandy Rootman says: Our team felt that the lower CBD had the heart and soul of the real Ballito.  With the area being rejuvenated with many new businesses opening, the energy is wonderful and we felt that this was a perfect fit for us and the place to be!”
