Please note, Siza Water, responsible for bulk water infrastructure, treatment and supply, is the bulk water supplier to KwaDukuza Municipality who in turn supplies water to Ballito residents.
The recent severe flooding has affected infrastructure and therefore supply to residents. Technicians are working on the problem and the public is asked to conserve water if they still have a supply.
