Last night (April 18th) Ballito experienced a serious storm, with trees, light poles and signage damaged and roof sheets being blown off. Thanks to KwaDukuza Municipality for their quick response, sending an emergency team out to clean up and cut trees through the night. The UIP security staff also assisted in the clean up moving debris and clearing roadways.
The UIP currently has 18 staff members on the ground cleaning up the UIP precinct area to ensure those in Ballito for the Easter weekend have a positive experience.
