The Ballito UIP management team has been following up on progress regarding the sink hole outside Rey Park regularly via meetings, emails and phone calls.
It is understood from both, Siza water and KDM,that the responsibility lies with Umgeni water. The delay for the entire process has been insurance and the tender awarding process to repair.
The UIP was informed that repairs will begin shortly.
