KwaDukuza Municipality has launched a secure online e-services web portal (E-STATEMENT CONSUMER PORTAL) where its consumers will have access to electronic copies of their current and historical statements and SMS notifications.
This innovation is a direct response to the outcry consumers were having regarding the fluency of accessing their statements particularly during this time of COVID-19.
The E-STATEMENT CONSUMER PORTAL will enable consumers to view and/or change their contact details. Furthermore, consumers will be able to opt to receive their future statements electronically as opposed to receiving them via the traditional postage system.
Through this portal KwaDukuza Municipality aims to significantly decrease the number received by the municipality on daily basis. Simply register on the consumer portal and have immediate access to your Municipal statements and notices.
HOW TO REGISTER:
- Open your web browser, insert https://mymunicipality-kz292.emunsoft.co.za into your URL and click enter
- Click register > insert your details > click register at the bottom of the online registration form
- The system will send you an activation e-mail to the e-mail entered in your online form, open the e-mail and click here to activate your account.
- Open your web browser, insert https://mymunicipality-kz292.emunsoft.co.za into your URL and click enter
- Click login > Click consumer tab > insert username > insert password > Click login
- Insert your account number > Insert your PIN (Top left-hand corner of your statement) > Click the link and use.
