KwaDukuza Municipality has closed all protected beaches with immediate affect. This is due to the KZN Sharks Board removing shark safety protective gear ahead of severe weather expected over the next week.
This action is taken to protect lives and unnecessary losses and/or damage to Council equipment because of the strong winds and heavy seas, associated with severe weather.
