KDM Actively Improving Infrastructure

Municipal Services

It’s always encouraging to report a quiet month on the security front, and this month saw no security incidents reported within the Ballito Urban Improvement Precinct.

Alongside the stable security environment, KDM has been actively improving key infrastructure throughout the area. Some of this month’s projects include:

  • Numerous streetlight repairs across the precinct – significantly improving overall lighting levels and enhancing both visibility and safety.
  • Additional traffic line painting – helping to improve road clarity and traffic flow.
  • Grass cutting along Ballito Drive – ensuring this key route remains neat, safe and well-maintained.

Strong collaboration and strong results

It’s been encouraging to see teams working well together. Coordinated efforts between service providers and precinct management ensure that issues are addressed efficiently and that visible improvements continue to be delivered. Ballito UIP will continue to monitor, maintain and collaborate to ensure the precinct remains safe, welcoming and professionally managed.

Report faults to the Ballito UIP

If you notice damaged infrastructure, faulty lighting, or maintenance issues within the precinct, please log the details via the Ballito UIP online fault-reporting platform. This helps ensure quick intervention and strengthens our ability to engage the responsible authority. https://urbanmgt.my.site.com/urbanmgt/s/
