The iLembe Business Confidence Index continually highlights Skills shortages and other labour related issues as the primary constraint to businesses in our region achieving their growth potential. In order to understand the skills and occupational needs of industry in the region, and create a basis for action plans to address especially priority skills needs, the Chamber is asking businesses to participate in an analysis of iLembe’s skills needs.
