Building Ballito: A North Coast Journey – 9 Years in the Making

For the past nine years, the Ballito Urban Improvement Precinct (UIP) has been at the heart of transforming our beautiful town into a vibrant and sought-after destination on South Africa’s North Coast. Established in November 2015, the UIP was created to address urban decay and ensure that Ballito’s charm and safety were preserved and enhanced. Today, we are proud to share the incredible journey of Building Ballito.
