The Cleaning and Greening team at Ballito UIP has been hard at work this past week, delivering exceptional results. We’re thrilled to announce the addition of a new Supervisor on the ground, who has been making significant contributions to our efforts.
Both Precinct Manager, Thierry Leclezio, and Security Manager, Dieter Fittkau, have been actively involved in the field, dedicating ample time to ensuring that we elevate the standard of aesthetics throughout the area. Our goal is to “raise the bar” and enhance the overall appearance of Ballito.
Here are some highlights of our recent activities:
- Sweeping of P445: Our team has diligently swept the P445 area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness along this important thoroughfare.
- Pruning of Plants and Vegetation: We’ve focused on pruning plants and vegetation around the precinct, enhancing the landscape and promoting healthy growth.
- Grass Cutting: Grass cutting has been carried out around the precinct, including P445, to maintain neat and well-manicured green spaces.
Additionally, we have plans to:
- Varnish Benches on the Promenade: We’ll be varnishing benches on the Promenade as needed, ensuring they remain in top condition for residents and visitors to enjoy.
- Fresh Coat of Paint for Bus Stop on Ballito Drive: The Bus Stop on Ballito Drive will receive a fresh coat of paint, enhancing its appearance and functionality.
We remain committed to ensuring that Ballito remains a clean, green, and vibrant community for all.
