Our Cleaning and Greening Team continues to excel in maintaining and enhancing the Ballito UIP precinct. Their diligent efforts ensure our area remains clean, green, and welcoming for all residents and visitors.
Our cleaning and greening team has been hard at work with various maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, litter collection, weeding, sweeping, and planting. Here are some key projects they’ve completed recently:
- Sweeping in the Business Park: Keeping our commercial areas neat and tidy.
- Planks Repaired on the Promenade: Ensuring a safe and pleasant walkway for everyone.
- P445 Weeding and Plant Palette Update: Continued efforts to beautify and maintain this area.
- Traffic Light Painting: Freshening up the appearance and ensuring visibility.
- Grass Cutting and Minor Pothole Repairs: Regular maintenance to keep our roads and public spaces in top condition.
Our security team, committed to maintaining a safe environment, recently received Crowd Control Training from Fidelity. This training is a significant value add, enhancing our team’s ability to manage large groups effectively and ensure public safety. Dieter Fittaku, Precinct Security Manager, commented, “The crowd control training provided by Fidelity is an invaluable addition to our team’s skill set.
