• Download the APP – Scan the QR code in the image above or go to your APP store and search Ballito – UrbanPLACES
• Click on the Scratch/Win icon on the home screen
• Scratch your screen as per the instructions and see if you are a winner
• If you are a winner you will know immediately as you complete scratching the card on your phone.
• Follow the instructions and go to the winner tab on the Ballito Area APP to make contact with us to claim your prize

Below are the important Terms and Conditions (Ts and Cs) of the Competition

• Competition closes on 31^st of July 2018
• Only 1 person can win 1 voucher only
• Prizes are non-transferrable
• UrbanMGT is not responsible for incorrect prize details
• The competition is open to residents of SA only
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
• Closing date for entry will be 31^st of July 2018. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

• One in ten people are winners until all prizes are redeemed (as calculated by the APP)
• Winners will be chosen by random selection on the Ballito Area APP
• The winner will be notified if they are the winner on the Ballito APP immediately and will then need to make contact with promoter via email address provided. One done scratching the card you will see if you are a winner or not. Email the address provided to claim your prize
• If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to put the prize back into the scratch and win competition on the APP
• Prizes must be collected as per instruction given, once contact is made after winning
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
