We are pleased to inform the Ballito community that the sewer issue at the top of Stewarts Drive has been successfully repaired. This crucial repair work addresses a significant concern and contributes to the overall infrastructure maintenance of our precinct.<\/p>\n

Waiting for Asphalt Replacement<\/h3>\n

While the sewer repair has been completed, we are currently awaiting the Siza Water contractors to replace the asphalt in the affected area. To ensure the safety of all residents and visitors, the area has been temporarily closed off with danger tape. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we wait for this final step to be completed.<\/p>\n

At Ballito UIP, we are dedicated to maintaining the safety and functionality of our infrastructure. Thierry Leclezio, Precinct Manager, commented, “Ensuring the safety and well-being of our community is our top priority.
